About this position
The Department of Philosophy at the University of Vienna invites applications for a University Assistant (postdoc) with faculty teaching duties.
The successful candidate will research in philosophy of science or epistemology, teach BA and MA courses, and work toward a habilitation. The contract is for six years.
Vienna’s academic environment includes the Institute Vienna Circle and a large international student body.
Requirements
PhD in philosophy. Strong research profile in philosophy of science. Teaching experience and German language skills at B2 or willingness to reach B2 within two years.
