The employer owns the vacancy

Aggregators republish or summarise so you can discover roles. The authoritative text, eligibility, and application channel remain with the institution. Never paste an aggregator description into an application as if you were quoting the HR pack without checking the source.

Good practice for candidates

Apply through the official button. Respect internal-only eligibility. Do not scrape RJE to spam employers. If you notice a wrong deadline, country, or broken body, report it—accurate catalogues help the whole community.

  • Verify deadline and documents on the source page.
  • Keep references informed; do not invent contact details from third-party sites.
  • Credit programmes and PIs accurately in your motivation letter.

What RJE commits to

We aim for institutional sources, human review before publish, and clear links out. We do not sell ranking for organic results. Sponsorships, when present, are labelled and separate from vacancy verification.
